Position of the New button in the home page

Hello Members

Based on the request from few of our existing 2025 members to add their family , we have added an additional button -- Additional Membership ( 2025 ) in the home page

Please provide their details in the registration page, if you want to register for more than 1 person, please select the count in drop down accordingly

PS : This button is applicable for members who already a paid member for 2025 who forgets to add their family or want to add their family members later after the primary membership is taken

Dear Smashers

After a successful term start, there are lots of requests coming for the ADOC booking.

We would like to streamline the adoc booking process for our members , please consider and follow the below steps if you would like to play during weekdays

For the new members :  what is ADOC booking

It is to book the badminton court through our club in a discounted price. If you want to play in any of the week days with your fellow members , you shall approach us, we book for you and can enjoy your game whenever you feel like playing

Guidelines to consider during booking process

1. Only term members are eligible to avail the ADOC booking ( all the players who will be playing in this ADOC booking must be part of any of the term booking slots )
2. Please do a check by yourself in Matchi.se on the availability at GBF hallen on your expected time
3. Send in your request to Karuna ( +46 73 144 18 35 ) through Whatsapp in the below format

4. Send this message at least 2 days in advance, or worst case before 24 hours
5. Share the screenshot of Swish payment ( to be made to the Club number : 123 2730901 ) to Karuna
6. Karuna will book the court and share the booking confirmation

Guidelines to consider during play: It is the requestor’s responsibility to make sure that all members are leaving the court in a condition that it’s been received.

This ADOC fees is only for court booking and shuttles will not be provided, please bring your own shuttles, kindly do not open the club locker during the play session unless if there is any emergency to access the safety or medical kit

PS : This ADOC booking is applicable for Men’s and women’s group and if you want to practice Mixed doubles ( OK to do , but all the players playing in Mixed doubles must be part of any of the ongoing term.

Hello Fellow Smashers!

The time you receive an invoice from the association, we recommend you pay extra attention.

Namely, we have a new Bankgiro on all invoices sent via Svenskalag. If you open your invoice on your computer or mobile phone, you can also pay it with Swish.

That's how it works

When you receive an invoice, you can choose to pay it directly via Swish or Bank Giro. If you pay via Swish, your invoice will be deducted immediately and your membership card will be activated in the Svenskalag app. Club Administrators can also see that you have paid. If you choose to pay via Bankgiro, it takes up to one banking day before the payment is registered.

All payments go through Svenskalag's payment partner Ping Payments, which means that the ticking off against the correct invoice takes place completely automatically without the association having to do anything.

Another advantage is that Svenskalag automatically generates the

association's accounting based on the incoming payments.

For the card payment please be aware that an extra 1% service fee will cost you to cover the cost of Visa/MasterCard.

Why do we choose to use Svenskalag's payment service?

Automating our administration is an important step in the association's digitization journey. Svenskalag's new paid service means that we save a lot of working time and that we can therefore spend more time on what we really want - developing the association.
